Who is eligible for the rebate program?
The Property Tax/Rent Rebate program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians age 65 and older; widows and widowers age 50 and older; and people with disabilities age 18 and older.
How do I apply for this rebate?
Property tax rent/rebate applications must be postmarked by June 30, 2022 to be considered. The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue will begin mailing and depositing rebates in early July 2022, as specified by law.

Did You Know?
To be eligible for a rebate, the claimant must have lived at least one day of a claim year, owned and occupied and paid taxes or rented and occupied and paid rent for the claim year during the time period the claimant was alive, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
